1. Pre-feasibility Study, Survey, Design and construction of 13 drinking water and sanitation scheme.
2. Establishment of repair and maintenance fund in 13 DWS scheme.

4. Health awareness Group Formation/Strengthening in the target groups (JanaJati, Poor, Dalit, Female, Children and Socially excluded Groups
5. Conducted GESI Related training and activities  
6. Diarrhea Management Nutrition, Health issue, HIV/AIDS and TB Prevention and awareness 
7. BCC for Health and hygiene related activities, Health Education Pit Latrine Construction 
8. Safe motherhood  and SRHR activities 
9. Social and technical audit in all schemes.
