Description Of Program/ Project

1.  Social Mobilization,  Safe Migration
2. Aware the community   People for HIV and AIDS
3. School orientation program 
4. Enhance positive change on HIV related behavior to the target community.
5. Mobile camp and orientation 
6. Coordination with local bodies and key stakeholder.
7. capacity Building and empowerment 
8. BCC, IEC material distribution, condom demo and distribution),  
9. HIV test, Refer and accompany reactive cases to HTC sites 
10. TB screening and fill the form of all those reached during BCC  
11. Orient FCHVs on HIV and TB screening, plan mobile camp in coordination with respective Health Facilities.  
12. Community Awareness about reproductive health. 
13. Manage and track reactive client & Index partners for HIV confirmation, ART enrollment and link to care & support program 
14. Covid Responses and Nutrition Package support
